Trouble Installing Queries

Hello Tigergraph community,

Has anyone had any issues installing queries. We’ve been creating and installing queries for a couple of weeks now, but just this morning started getting “Query Installation Failed” through UI and “Failed to install queries…please check GPE status” through shell. GPE is up and running. We have re-started a couple of times but hasn’t corrected the issue.

Hi Joseph,

Could you follow the steps to identify this problem?

  1. from the command line, run gadmin log

  2. find the location of GSQL_LOG

  3. check the log after installation failed

And may I know what is your server configuration?

Thank you. Seems like our logs directory was our of space. We removed some of the log files however in the process we somehow messed up some configuration. We ended up doing a reinstall of the software. Everything is working fine again.
