Potentially incorrect total vertex count in GraphStudio (screenshot)

Hi,

We are seeing non-normal results of vertex count (and potentially edge count) in GraphStudio. See attached screenshot. When running a select count query for all vertices through GSQL we do not get anywhere close to the same results. Assuming this is somehow an internal state store which feeds the result of the builtin vertex count, can this be reset to correct these results without ideally dropping the whole graph?

Can you copy out the whole table to see which vertex type’s number is abnormal?

Hi,

Yes, we have a specific vertex type which has a vertex count of 18,446,744,073,709,462,000 (as of now - around 6h later than the orginal post). How should we proceed here to correct this count?

This issue should have been fixed in our latest 2.5.2 release.
