Installationn issue

Hello:

I new to Tigergraph and i just install software. during installation i got this error from logs.

[PROGRESS]: 15:05:18 Checking the login of node m1 ...
[ERROR   ]: the obtained IP address () of node m1 is not valid
[ERROR   ]: Login for node m1 failed

Any help is greatly appreciated.
