How to uninstall TigerGraph Developer Edition?

I’ve just tried installing the developer edition, which failed.

Some tigergraph processes are running, but the software is unfunctional.

The distribution contains install.sh script, I cannot find anything for uninstalling, though.

Any suggestions on how to remove the software from my machine?

Hi Karol:

To uninstall the software, you may follow these steps:

  1. switch to tigergraph user (assume it is “tigergraph”):

    su - tigergraph

  2. uninstall platform:

    # guninstall

BTW, could you please share the more detail on how the software is not functional?
