Also, modelling transfer of information.

In your use case, one of the possibility is:
[PEOPLE Anna] -SELL-[SELL EVENT] -BUY- [PEOPLE Bella]
[PEOPLE Anna]-TAKE-[TEMPERATURE EVENT]-TAKEN BY-[PEOPLE Bella]
[PEOPLE Anna]-TELL-[TEMPERATURE EVENT]-TOLD-[PEOPLE Catherine]
Where PEOPLE, SELL EVENT and TEMPERATURE EVENT are vertex types.
SELL, BUY, TAKE, TAKEN BY, TELL, TOLD are edge types.
