Dear TigerGraph Team(@Victor_Lee , @Jon_Herke )
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for TigerGraph as one of the best graph databases available in the market. Compared to other databases, TigerGraph stands out as the best solution when it comes to solving complex graph problems. Its speed, scalability, and powerful analytics capabilities are unmatched, and it has been a game-changer for many challenging projects.
However, I’ve noticed that in recent times, TigerGraph doesn’t seem to be promoting its brand and engaging with the developer community as actively as some other graph databases, such as Neo4j. Neo4j, for instance, conducts numerous webinars, stays constantly active on public platforms, and engages directly with interested users and developers. This not only helps them build a strong community but also ensures a steady growth in popularity.
TigerGraph is an excellent product, but I feel that it could benefit from more strategic outreach efforts. Increasing community engagement through regular webinars, tutorials, developer-focused events, and maintaining an active presence on public platforms could go a long way in boosting its visibility. TigerGraph has the potential to lead the graph database space, but it needs to amplify its voice to make a bigger impact.
Thank you for considering this feedback. I look forward to seeing TigerGraph grow even stronger!
Best regards
