I’m facing an issue in the TG cloud.
I created “Users” from the “AdminPortal” and gave him a superuser role.
and when the user tries to login
After some time, the user gets deleted from the admin console. and the user got a sudden pop of User authentication failed and user logged out from the session.
@Puneet2 Could we schedule a brief meeting to look into this issue together? I don’t have an immediate explanation for this behavior, but collaborating on it might help us identify the cause.
