Hi Folks,
I made a Tigergraph cloud instance, made graph and query everything. Tried to open the Query endpoint but it doesn’t open.

The following error is observed on the browser.
I work inside a company network restricted environment, let me know is it that or something that i m doing wrong.

The port being used in the request above is port 9000 you will need to make sure this isn’t being blocked by your internal IT firewalls. If you are using a local copy of TigerGraph you can modify the ports, but in your case, you’re using the tgcloud version which unless your using paid won’t let you make the modification to ports.
@akashgu0611 Is it possible to get that port open to allow traffic?
