Failing to install Enterprise free version of VM image

Installed Oracle VirtualBox(5.2,6.0,6.1) and tried to create new VM with downloaded Tigergraph Enterprise Free edition VM image and got stuck with the blank black screen after starting it.

Kindly let us know if there are any specific system configurations to be followed for Windows 10?

@chintarksc can you please confirm if VT-X is enabled ? ( check via task manager as below picture )

Regarding RAM and CPU , the 3.1 image requires 8Gb of RAM and 4 CPUs , you can adjust that as a start.
